2.1. cdauto.lv provides information about new cars offered by CD Auto (BAIC, SWM, Foton) and allows you to book a test drive, request an offer or submit a leasing application.

2.2. Prices, specifications and technical data shown on the website are informative and are confirmed at the showroom. Leasing calculator results are indicative and do not constitute a financing offer.

2.3. Leasing applications are created in the CarBuy system; the final financing terms are determined by the respective leasing company.

3. User obligations

3.1. Provide true and accurate information in enquiry forms.

3.2. Do not use the website for unlawful purposes or activities that may disrupt its operation.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1. CD Auto is not liable for losses arising from the use of the website or interruptions to its availability.

4.2. CD Auto makes every effort to keep the published information up to date but does not guarantee its completeness; binding information is confirmed at the showroom.
